XK7001A CNC pattern milling machine is one of the latest carving equipments developed by our company, which is specially used to mill the pattern of two-half moulds as well as segmented tyre molds. It has three coordinates and two unit-type heads with milling cutter. Under the control of CNC program, it is able to ensure that the milling cutter axes is always vertical to the processed surface, and precisely carve various complicated patterns and setting channel with type. Its performance is excellent, and the shape is formed with only one time. The whole set adopts SINUMERIK system with high precision and fine reliability, which is the best equipment to produce tyre mould with high precision
