Detailed Product Description
Application: the line is used for winding strip on the crown section of OTR green tire according to preseted shape and dimension. The tyre parts will be extruded from the extruder and then built on the Tyre building machine.
It's composed of extruder,dancer,profiling roller,cooling drum,winding device,wind strip head, tread winding machine,electric control system.
Feature:
1. under computer control, the tread size, shape and layers will work as recipe parameter.
2. with shut-down memory and restory function
3. 100 recipees can be storaged
4.Display for tread shape ,weight and deviation;
5.Statistic display function for shift ,quantity, compound consumption and time;
