Rubber dispersion kneader:

1. Application: It is mainly used for mixing and plasticating of rubber or plastics to mix

ingredients as well as all kinds of rubber and plastics to mix together.

2. Construction Feature:

The chamber is tilted an angle of 140°, to discharge, thus it will be either thorough to discharge or easier to change colors of the materials. Dust- cover of arc orifice that is tilted with mixing chamber is adopted for the model X(S)N-55x3OA,X(S)N-55x3OH,X(S)N-110x30,this structure is advanced and better for dust-proof.

The mixing chamber and upper ram are of jacket construction for water-cooling or steam-heating, the thermocouple is installed in the bottom of mixing chamber for measuring temperature so as to ensure mixing quality.

The type of rotor is similar to Banbury type, the housing of wing is forced circulation which can facilitate the cooling by water or heating by steam. The edge parts of rotors are piled welding with wear-resisting hard alloy and working surface is plated with hard chrome to be corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant. There are synchronous rotors to meet customers demand for model X(S)N-55x30H.

The sealing for end faces of rotors is adopted with adjustable sealer, the press-ring with wear-resisting copper alloy which is inlaid with solid anti-abrasive agent (phenolics press-ring for model X(S)N-55x30and X(S)N-75x30)is necessary to lubricate for touching alloy ring, thus it is better for sealing and convenient for adjusting and maintenance as well as avoid polluting materials.

The bearing of rotor is adopted with centripetal spherical roller bearing, which is energy save and low noise as well as durable.

The surfaces touching with materials such as upper ram and the internal mixing chamber and rotors are all plated with hard chrome to be wear resistant and corrosion-resistant as well as convenient for cleaning materials.
