The system is mainly composed of pneumatic carbon black conveying system; weighing system of carbon black, powder material, oil and rubber; oil storage and conveying system; computer network and automatic control and so on. The system is equipped with advanced automatic control system.

Our products have been serialized and can provide customer with complete schemes for 25-650L mixers according to different customers requirements. It can used in: Pneumatic conveying system suitable for loose materials in different package (paper bag, big textile bag, tank truck).

Automatic weighing system for different materials  (powder, pellet, lump and liquid).

The management and control of mixers can be integrated with the system for feeding equipment, if customers require.
